............Export in Excel from Forms 6i

Hi.
May i know any option from which user ( Admin Users) can directly get the output in the EXcel File. Obviously the output is of the Table currently they are looking it. for example Forms may contain output from differnt tables, but when i allow user an Export option , then definitly i would give them choice to export a certain table , according to thier previlages.
How does it possible,

I mean i m not understanding basically that if we give user option to export to Excel file, what would be exported, a current record in the Forms or the table etc .
