Export/Import Codetemplate, code snippets shortcuts

I use SQL developer Version 18.4.0.376 and need to import a larger library of code snippets from toad.

I found https://oracledeli.wordpress.com/2011/09/28/sql-developer_migrate_settings_files/

but I can't find the path

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\SQL Developer\CodeTemplate.xml

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\SQL Developer

does not exist.

What is the procedure to export/import code snippets from/to SQL developer?
