Not sure if the following is a FDMEE issue or LCM, or both... what is sure is that once again I'm really tired of testing ORACLE EPM products instead of dev labs.
Situation : we own a freshly released and revamped FDMEE 11.1.2.3.x
Objective : migrate FDMEE objects from Application AAA / TEST environment to Application BBB / DEV environment
Problem 1 : using LCM you can migrate Application AAA / TEST to Application AAA / DEV. You cannot migrate Application AAA / TEST to Application BBB / DEV.
What about modifying xmls...not really support compliant?
Now trying to workaround Problem 1, comes problem 2 : instead of migrating objects and in order to recreate 40 locations and related mappings using import functionality, it is not possible to export the full mapping (this was possible in FDQM).
BTW full mapping includes : DIMNAME, SRCKEY, SRCDESC, TARGKEY, WHERECLAUSETYPE, WHERECLAUSEVALUE, CHANGESIGN, SEQUENCE, DATAKEY, VBSCRIPT
Any help or workaround appreciated. Thanks.
