Hi All,
OBIEE 12c ( 12.2.1.4.0) EXPORT->EXCEL/CSV/PDF STOPS WORKING, SHOWS 'EXPORT PROCESS IS COMPLETE' BUT NOTHING IS DOWNLOADED. Any work around and any solutions available please let us know.
This issue happened after applying new Oracle Patches as shown below.
1. Upgrade to the latest JDK 1.8 version as mentioned in "Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) July 2020 for Oracle Java SE" ( Doc ID 2682801.1 )
2.Latest WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.3.200624 Patch 31535411 + ADR FOR WEBLOGIC SERVER 12.2.1.3.0 JULY CPU 2020 Patch 31544340 . Kindly refer to the section "3.3.47.3 Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3" in the article "Critical Patch Update (CPU) Program Jul 2020 Patch Availability Document (PAD)" ( Doc ID 2664876.1 )
3. Latest OBIEE bundle patch version 12.2.1.4.200714 Patch# 31178877 .Please refer to "Required and Recommended Patches and Patch Sets For Oracle Business Intelligence 12c and Oracle Analytics Server" ( Doc ID 2070465.1 )
