Export "Essbase Data" option disabled in PBCS

Hi Gurus,

Till recently we were able to select the Essbase data of the plan type we needed and export it. But it has been grayed out after the latest update.

This was very simple method to backup data, what is the reason this is disabled? Also if you could suggest other simple methods for performing this it would be helpful.
