Export Errors - 8.1.7

Got these errors when trying to export a database.

EXP-00056: ORACLE error 3123 encountered
ORA-03123: operation would block
EXP-00056: ORACLE error 24389 encountered
ORA-24389: API mode switch is disallowed when a call is in progress.
EXP-00056: ORACLE error 24389 encountered
ORA-24389: API mode switch is disallowed when a call is in progress.
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 3127 encountered
ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation ends
