Export data from a form into multi tab Excel Sheet

Hello,

I have created a forms which has 4 tabs ( Forms 10g). Is it possible to export the data on the forms into 4 tabs of the Same Excel Sheet as there are 4 tabs on form, with a single click of the button. Currently, I am exporting the data into 4 Excel sheets with the click of a button. Any example would be greatly appreciated.
