Export CSV sheet name source

Hello,

On some page I have created a sql report.

Under the following headings I have set the following ...

Layout and Pagination ...
Report Template - export:CSV

Report Export ...
Enable CSV output - Yes
Link Label - Export CSV
Filename - someFileName

I have created a button on some other page labeled [Export CSV], when I hit this button the windows File Download displays giving me the option to [Open] [Save] or [Cancel].

The question that I have is this ...
Is there anyway to get the sheet name to be named something different than this '.csv]someFileName(1)'?
Where are the extra bits ie .csv and (1) coming from?
