Export boot volume to local file

lenoxJan 18 2022 — edited Jan 18 2022

My "alway free" instance was disabled and I would like to recover some information that I have in the storage of the instance.
I have tried to create another instance with that boot volume but I get a "This shape is either not compatible with the selected image, or not available in the current availability domain" error because the boot volume was created with another shape (I guess)
I can't create another instance to try to attached the instance to the boot volume because "Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain" error
So... Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Alway Free) is a little tricky for me. Can I export boot volume to a local file in my computer (VDI)? I would like to recover some information.
