Export APEX application

I am getting this message on Firefox when I try to login the application as a developer
The requested URL /apex/f was not found on this server,
and this error on Internet Explorer
Expecting p_company or wwv_flow_company cookie to contain security group id of application owner.
Error ERR-7621 Could not determine workspace for application (:) on application accept.
The login page opens but after enetring my credential the errors appear.
The XE database and the apex 4.0.2 are installed in a Linux CentOS server where i have acces via PuTTY, my machine i a windows 7
Have been searching for the right way to fix this, but just got nothing, so here is my question:

Can I somehow export an application right from data base, via pl/sql or any other way, I need the application I made but cant get into it, I've been backing up the application on every change I make but the last update wasn't backed up plesa any help?
