Export a schema from oracle 9i DB to Oracle 12c

Hi All,

I will be given access to an Oracle 9i Database to export full database and also individual schemas and then import into an Oracle 12c Database. Is this feasible? If so, are there any special guidelines to be followed while exporting from 9i and importing to 12c Database?
