explorer Crash .... please help

i m using oracle forms 10g for developing my gradution project
whereas my interent browser is :internet explorer 7 under windows XP
when i run the Form the internet explorer opens then it display a message of loading Java Applet then an error appears "java.lang.NosuchMethodError: sun.net.www.http.KeepAliveCache.get(Ljava/net/URL;)Ljava/lang/Object"
i have downloaded the Jinatitor 1.3.1.28 & the latest JRE , the error still appears

please help with any information because i have to handle my project after 2 days
