Explorer and icon Missing in the Workspace

Hello All,

I am using Rapid Deployment document to install HFM on windows 2008 R2 64 bit server. I installed Foundation service , RA / Financial reporting services and HFM.
After I start the services, I don't see the explorer and icons for HFM under Navigate > Administer doesn't show up.

Even under Workspace Server settings > Enabled Products, i just see HFM but I dont see Explorer and Reporting and Analysis Framework

Things I have tried so far.

1. Checked HAVA id between
select * from hss_component_property_values
where property_value like 'HAVA%'

and

select distinct application_id from css_provisioning_info where application_id like 'HAVA%'

2. Applied Release 11.1.2.1.000 Patch Set Exception (PSE): 12552933 Patch

3. Restarted Foundation, RA_FRAMEWORK and RA_FRAMEWORK WEB APPLICATION and OHS server in sequence with 1 min apart.

4. Re-ran the config by dropping the tables.

Can anyone suggest something else to make it work ?
