Explain archive log list - Huge difference oldest and current log sequence

Hello Gurus,

when I query my standby database, I find a huge gap in the oldest online log sequence and current log sequence.
Does that mean anything critical?

SQL> archive log list
Database log mode Archive Mode
Automatic archival Enabled
Archive destination /oracle/PRD/oraarch/
Oldest online log sequence 10010
Next log sequence to archive 0
Current log sequence 10389
SQL>
