Expdp takes more time on weekdays

Hi friends,

I am new in Oracle, taking DBA classes.

At my work i have setup batch file to take expdp everyday . i have noticed that on weekdays it takes about 4hours 25-40 mins and on weekends about 3 hours 10-15 mins.

why is 1 hour difference? why it is taking an hour more on weekdays? what should i check?

Help me friends.
