EXPDP at Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/TABLE/INDEX/INDEX

after the upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2 the DPEXP takes longer about 10 hrs to export. i am running with parallel=4 exclude=statistics and direct=y it exports all the objects in 39 minutes but it hangs at Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/TABLE/INDEX/INDEX at this step for long time. Any help will be appreciated.
