exp / imp 64 bit <-> 32 bit

Hi,

We have problems to import a dmp file (what exported on a 64 bit OS) on a 32 bit OS:
IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

Can someone help me with a link, what is the steps / parameters of exp tool to we can import the result dmp file on 32 / 64 bit OS?
