EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics.....pls help

Hi everyone,

recently i exported a schema using teh following command.

C:\ exp ofmdba/*****@prod file=c:\ofmdba.dmp log=c:\ofmdba.log

teh export was sucessful..but when i checked teh logfile..
i found this

EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics.
EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics.

This message was found for every tables exported..Teh logfile shows that rows of all tables have been exported.
i would liek to know whether teh dump file i have is a valid one.Cos i have to give this dump for teh developmentteam for testing.
Kindly help. If this is an error pls tell me how to get around it.

The production db is runnin on oracle 9.2.0.4.0 and solaris OS. I had invoked teh export from my remote PC which runs on windows and oracle 9.2.0.1.0 client
