exp-00091 exporting questionable statistics.

Hi,
we are trying to export the data in one of our module and generate the dump file.
However, we are getting following error while doing the same.

Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, Real Application Clusters, OLAP, Data Mining
and Real Application Testing options
Export done in UTF8 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
Note: grants on tables/views/sequences/roles will not be exported
Note: indexes on tables will not be exported

About to export specified tables via Direct Path ...
. . exporting table XYZ
. . exporting partition PART2 10 rows exported
EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics.
Export terminated successfully with warnings.

As suggested on previous blogs we just ignored this warning and tried to upload it in BI. But there also it giving error:

IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification

Same functionality was working fine before instance refresh.
Please suggest. Its very argent.
