Exit from innermost loop

SivaJul 22 2011 — edited Jul 22 2011
Hi,

Since I worked in C and moved to pl sql, I find two statements missing BREAK and CONTINUE in PL/SQL.
BREAK - It will exist out only from the innermost loop. not out of all the nested loops.
CONTINUE- It will not process the statements below continue and go to the next iterator of the same loop.

I keep searching in Oracle documents and google whether some other statements in Oracle do this work for me.I didnt find anything as of now.
If anyone have come across these, please let me know.

Although I implemented a different logic to do the functionalites of break and continue in PL/SQL, just curious to know if some similar commands available in PL/SQL.
