EXISTS and IN Contatruct

Hi, really hoping someone can assist and ugrently if possible. Very stuck in assignment. Need to write query:

Q: Make list of academics that have more than five interests and have co written or co written ten papers. Use one IN construct and an EXISTS construct in the query. Output all details of academics in the list.

Departmnet(_DeptNum_, Descrip,Instna,e, DeptName, State, Postcode)
Academic(_Acnum_,Deptnum*,FamName,GiveName,Intials,Title)
Paper(_PaNum_,Title)
Author(_PaNum*AcNum*_)
Field(_FieldNum_,ID,Title)
Interest(_FieldNum*,AcNum*_,Descrip)
