Execution of With Clause

Hi Everyone,

Did lot of searching in google to see how With Clause gets executed. I read that it created global temporary table and inserts the record.And from there it gets executed. I have written a very complex SQL with 2000 lines.My driving SQL is under WITH clause and couple of inline queries which basically perform arthematic operation like summing numerous costs.

Wanted t understand how Oracle will execute my statement.

Will Oracle first execute my With clause statement and then executes Inline queries.I am also thing to include my inline queries in With Clause. How it could execute.
