Executing Workflows from SQLPlus

Hi,
Is there any possibility to execute an Oracle Workflow from within the sqlplus command prompt?
We have sqlplus_exec_template.sql for executing OWB mappings / process flows from sqlplus. Like wise is there any script available to perform this?

Also I want to know how I could trigger a workflow from within a stored procedure?
Can anyone help out.
