Because you cannot specify scope for this built-in, Form Builder always looks for the trigger starting at the lowest level, then working up.
what i want to know ,
if i have 3 key-next-item trigger on different levels , what will happen ?
will it execute the lowest level trigger then execute the one above it , then the highest one ? will it execute all 3 or what ?
