execute immediate problems

Hi, I have 15 procedures that are execute by the same number of jobs at same time. This procedure invoques two procedures, each procedure execute has dynamics sql's that are executes with execute immediate, these executions process a lot of information record by record, these dinamyc querys should execute in short times but sometimes these takes too much time (between 3 and 4 minutes), the execution plan are good.

Some behavior that I detect is a high library cache lock wait event.

Please help me to solve this problem

We have release 11.2.0.1.0 R2
Operating system HP-UX with Itanium processors
