EXECUTE A simple script every 3 min Apex-timer-171713

HI, friends i just need the timer executes every time a java script function something like https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=654321:405:0

Plz i don't get to make this works it doesn't start a loop execute one times end ends i defined the Expire in x Milliseconds to 9999999999999 , but the same

please can you guide me to make it loops every 3 min . i saw the doc but honest i am stuck to make it loops.
