exdp dump file

hello experts ,

can we compress the exportdp dump file ?

actually I have tried to do so , I have copied expdp dump file to windows machine then I have used winrar tool to compress the expdp dump file

when I uncompressed the expdp dump to another windows machine its giving the error that file is corrupted ?
