Excluding time periods using repeat_interval attribute

Hi guys,

Oracle 10.2.0.4

If I have a job that runs every half hour, all day every day, and I would like to have it not run between, say, 9pm and 11pm, is there a repeat_interval verb that does an "exclude" type function.
So current is

repeat_interval freq=minutely; interval=30

I know I can use a construct like:

FREQ=DAILY;BYHOUR=7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20;BYMINUTE=0,30

I was hoping there was a way to do

FREQ=DAILY;BYMINUTE=0,30;+exclude BYHOUR=21,22,23+

or something similar.

I've checked the docs at http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/B13789_01/appdev.101/b10802/d_sched.htm#999617

but couldn't see anything that may be related. Although I do have a new found love for the DBMS_SCHEDULER.EVALUATE_CALENDAR_STRING procedure!
