Exception: Problem building schema!

Hi,

I have a small irritating problem at hand for the last couple of days.
I want to consume an external web service (deployed on my machine only) as part of my process.
I am able to create a partner link using the wsdl URL and also to create the variables. Uptil now
it is okay. But when I try to expand the same variable, I get "Exception: Problem building schema!"
Now, my question is when I am able to create a partner link using the URL what on earth can be the problem in building schema.
I went through earlier mails and thought probably my proxy setting is wrong so I have put every single identifiers that uniquely identifies my system in the proxy exception list right from localhost to IP address to computer name, everything.
As a second solution I downloaded the WSDL and added it in the project and then tried to create another variable but to no avail. I get the same exception.

Is anyone facing similar problem? Does anyone have a solution for this?
I am using JDeveloper version 10.1.2.1.0 (Build 1915). Do I need to install any patches for BPEL Process Manager 10.1.2.0.2?

Guys I have tried all solutions that I could think of but may be an outsider's veiw might spot the issue, so let me know.

Honestly! I need help on this.

Rinesh
