Exception objects were found in the heap | Oracle.DataAccess - ConfigBaseClass.TraceRegistryAndConfigValues

user-e5nqmFeb 21 2023 — edited Feb 21 2023

Hey All,

My application is running on .Net4.5.2, Windows Server 2016, IIS 10.

There are 7 servers are installed with same application, settings and Oracle Client version 19.3c.

Application seems to work fine at first however after few days random servers began to encounter “Heap corruption issue” on Oracle.DataAccess, TraceRegistryAndConfigValues method and kills off the IIS.

Below is the exception details we got from the .dmp file.

  1. Can anyone help us with this issue? Any suggestion/solution?
  2. Does anyone knows where I can get Oracle.DataAccess.pdb file for further analyze?

Appreciate and thank you so much in advance.
