Exception Message java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/api/client/json/jackson2/JacksonFactory

We have OIDM 11.1.2.3 and are trying to use the Google Apps conenctor.

We followed the document for all the installation but still cannot get it to work.Running recon gives an error

Exception Message:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/api/client/json/jackson2/JacksonFactory

Those jar files are there and loaded into database also.

Has anyone seem any issue like this.?Seems like a jar file/classpath issue.Any ideas?
