Exception:java.io.IOException:Server returned HTTP response cede:503

Hello,

I try to connect to a application in JAVA locates in my LAN.

And Java Web Start don't want to connect it.

He says "Exception:java.io.IOException:Server returned HTTP response code:503 for URL: http://192.168.2.18

I can ping it or connect on SSH in in but i can't launch the java application
And i really don't find why ....

Please help me !!!!! :(
