Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0"

I get these Swing Exceptions which seem to be internal Swing Exceptions but My program executes Normally._

How do we avoid these kind of exceptions or warnings. I tried to debug through code but it was an endless debugging process through the complicated Swing Internal Code.
