Exception handling and closing cursors

User648426-OracleNov 3 2008 — edited Nov 3 2008
What is the best way to ensure that all the cursors are closed before exiting a function. Do we need to write explicit close statements for all the cursors if open in the exception block?
Is there any 10g view that can be queried to get the names of open cursors?

Thanks,
Neha
