EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION occurred at Java VM

I have java vm error that access violation according logs which have ...

I want to know what 'PC=0xYYYYYYY' means. I guess this term is memory adress ACCESS VIOLATION occured.
My guess is correct or not.
