Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

Hi all, I have my Java app being beta'ed and one section of it uses Java3D, seems ok on hundreds of PCs, but on several Windows PCs (vista and XP) as soon as the 3D bit fires up, the whole application closes with this exception.

I asked one person to try this Sun application:
http://download.java.net/media/java3d/webstart/test/QueryProperties.jnlp

Which shows lots of stuff about java3D etc, but it too crashes with the same access_violation :-(
