Excel/PDF Report for RTL Languages (Arabic/Persian) in BI vs Jasper (JDev 12.2)

Dear ADF Experts,

I am an ADF newbie and I pretty much understand basics of ADFs (EO, VO, Application Module, Task-flow, OPSS etc).

I am supposed to take care of generating reports and seemingly there are two options Jasper and BI but I am not an expert so it is really hard to choose between the two.

I have read below

But, I have no experience in any of the these so I'd like an expert to compare/contrast we mainly need the below features.

RTL support (Arabic/Persian(Farsi)),

Excel/PDF output,

Performance,

Easy ADF Integration etc.

Your help is much appreciate it.
