Excel Output with Chinese

I have develped a web base report which contains Chinese Characters as output data. it works fine and Chinese can be viewed if I use HTMLCSS or RTF as desformat, but the Chinese characters became strange characters if I use 'delimited' for desformat. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
