Excel Office 365ProPlus Crash

We’re experiencing the excel crashes recently and found the following thread:

We tried to download KB4011220, but the patch didn't work. Could someone help with the security patch that can fix the excel crash on Office 365 ProPlus (Click-to-run edition)
