excel のcountif() のような関数は存在する？

test テーブルにstatus にnull, 0 , 1 ,2 という値が存在して、2のみをカウントしたいのですが

select countif( status ,2 ) from test

のようにスマートに取得する方法はないでしょうか？
よろしくお願いします。
