Excel addin error:Network error [10060]:

Hi

i am unable to connet to excel add-in the with the following error. when i use the web console to access EAS the same error is coming when i try to perform preview on the app/databse.

The eas service and the telnet are working good. I am able to login to the server and could see the list application available over there. But when i try to access any of the applications listed there i am getting this error. It seems like a net work timeout isseu. but need a clear thought form any one who fixed it ever before.

_Network error [10060]: Unable To Connect To [xx.xxx.x.x]. The client timed out waiting to connect to the Essbase_*
Agent using TCO/IP. Check your network connections.*
