Excel Add-in

Hi Gurus,
This is the issue.
One of my users has this excel add-in issue where even when he is not connected to essbase and even when he starts a new excel sheet, when he double clicks any cell in excel, he gets the essbase add-in connection box (the box where we enter the servername, username, password, and pick the database).
I have disabled the "ENABLE DOUBLD CLICKING" under the GLOBAL essbase option. Now he is able to use excel normally, but is there any suggestion regarding how he is facing that issue. I mean, i have the ENABLE DOUBLE CLICKING checked on mine but i dont have that problem but how is the user having that problem.
Any suggestion.
