We recently upgraded to office 2013. I installed the hyperion smart view x64 bit. Everything installed successful.
I opened excel in safemode and was able to see the add-in under the options > add-in > excel addins. However, I did receive an error stating it could not locate the COM-Addin for smartview.
I located the com add-in manually but it would not accept the add-in after restarting excel. I'm letting the excel run longer to see if it will fully open the add-in.
Has anyone else had any of the issues or would be willing to help me? Thank you!
