Exceed maximum 100000 rows error in HFR - Urgent

When i try to run a HFR report in workspace I get an error "Exceed maximum 100000 rows". I know that one lakh is the maximum no of rows in HFR. Can this be changed anywhere? My database has around 3 years of data and the total no of rows is greater than one lakh. Kindly help me.
