Examples on apex.oracle.com that don't expose owner's email?

Short of getting a generic email (for example, apex@yahoo.com) for registering the Workspace account, is there a way to grant Developer Access (Application Builder Access, I guess) to an apex.oracle.com Workspace that does not expose the workspace owner's email (myrealemail@yahoo.com)? How?
