example for Pagination using jsp

Been trying the whole bloody day trying to get page numbers on my search screen. I was wondering if ya all have an example of this. I have a servlet that passes data into a bean and then displays the bean on the jsp. I am using an oracle database.
I was hoping someone could past code that actually works. A simple example. I tried a couple of examples off the internet today and they do not work. When I get my java site up and running ... every example there will work.
