Example Connector API to EBS R12?

Does anyone have an example connector API (REST, SOAP) that connects either MCS or ICS to an Oracle EBS R12 instance?

It seems that all of the examples are to Google APIs for weather or maps. What we need to do is connect our mobile back end to our EBS R12 instance.
