I'm little confused with Exadata on Bare Metal with Exadata Cloud Service
I did refer to Oracle Documentations, but I'm unable to figure out on what basis does these two offerings differ

Exadata Cloud Service About Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Service
From an IaaS point of view, both Exadata and Bare Metal are separate infrastructure, then how is it possible to have Exadata on Bare Metal offerings ?
