Exadata: End of performance Tuning ???

Dear Experts,

Greetings !!!

As I discussed with one Oracle ACE consulatant, I came to know a that future of performance tuning is almost zero !! (By DBA)

Is it true !!

As I came know with exadata, you do not face performance problems. So it means specialize PT DBA going to jobless ;)
