I'm analyzing a use case of an application that shall determine the current/exact patient's location in the facility, on the ward, room number, and bed number resolution level of detail. The patient location shall be provided then to the nurses (the SMART on FHIR app users) so they can easily navigate to patients in the facility.
Does the Encounter.location resource provide the exact patient location, and is it updated when the patient is being transferred to a new ward/room/bed?
In other words, does the Encounter.location contain the current patient location just like the HL7 ADT Transfer messages do?
As I'm looking for the FHIR integration type, are there any other FHIR resources that contain such information?
